Enrico Selva Coddè

Enrico Selva Coddè has been Vice President of Mondadori Libri S.p.A. since May 2021 and Managing Director of Mondadori Libri S.p.A. since January 2015. He is also Managing Director of Giulio Einaudi Editore S.p.A and, since May 2021, he is President of Electa S.p.A. and Director of Procurement, Logistics and Real Estate department.

In January 2015, he joins the President’s Committee of Associazione Italiana Editori, the Italian publishers’ association. In February 2015, he was appointed member of the Board of Directors and of the Council of Supporting Members of Fondazione Arnoldo e Alberto Mondadori.

Born in Milan in 1961, Enrico Selva Coddè holds two degrees, one in Engineering and the other in Philosophy. He begins his career in Olivetti in 1987, where he works in planning and logistics until 1991, year in which he joins Mondadori. Until 1999, he works in the Segrate Selva Group as Head of Human Resources in the Direct Marketing, Advertising and Magazines sectors. From 1999 to 2002, he is Head of Operations at Rizzoli Newspapers.

In 2002, Selva takes on the role of General Manager of Giulio Einaudi Editore, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2008, year in which he is appointed Director of Human Resources, Organisation and Technology Systems for the Mondadori Group.
