Dividend distribution for the year 2025

In accordance with the proposal submitted by the Board of Directors, the Shareholders’ Meeting approved the distribution of a dividend of € 0.154, gross of withholding taxes, per ordinary share (net of treasury shares) outstanding at the following record dates.

The total dividend amounted to approximately € 40 million, up by approximately 10% versus the prior year. This represents a payout of nearly 75% of the net profit for 2025 and a dividend yield of 7.3% based on the share price of 31 December 2025.
