Diversity, especially in the workplace, is often hidden for fear of direct and discriminatory attacks and is still experienced negatively, but is it really still the case? How can we create a respectful and psychologically safe working environment?

Igor Suran, Managing Director of Parks – Liberi e Uguali, spoke about affective orientation; Antonella Lattanzi, writer and author of the book “Cose che non si raccontano” (Einaudi), gave an extraordinary personal testimony; Biancamaria Cavallini, occupational psychologist and Director of Operations at Mindwork, spoke about mental health in the company.
