The fourth edition of MypersonalTrainer Days has been confirmed as a great success. The event, which sold out in just a few hours, covered the entire Arco della Pace, doubling the space over 2024 with lots of activities, workouts, medical consultations, and educational talks, all free and open to the public. The initiative was organized by MypersonalTrainer, a Mondadori Group media brand and leader in health and well-being that boasts a monthly web and social reach of 13 million and 6.6 million followers on social media.

Many champions were present, from Massimiliano Rosolino to Tania Cagnotto, Diego Gastaldi, and fitness gurus Jill Cooper, Jairo Junior, Laura Crugnola, Nicolò Famiglietti, and Silvia Fascians from the Power Talent Agency roster, along with many others. There was also a spectacular mini tournament with the participation of well-known football talents, such as Bobo Vieri, Alessandro Matri, Nicola Amoruso, Alessandro Budel, Tomas Locatelli, Massimo Maccarone, Stefano Torrisi, and German Denis.

This year, MypersonalTrainer Days received support from the Municipality of Milan, which sponsored the event with the participation of Martina Riva, Councillor for Sport, Tourism, and Youth Policies.

Record Results for the Initiative
In just two days, MypersonalTrainer Days welcomed over 20,000 participants, breaking last year’s record. The great success of events in the area was accompanied by excellent results on all MypersonalTrainer Days digital channels, which have recorded a total of 40 million contacts to date. These steadily growing numbers have once again set a record. Added to this, there is also an extraordinary media impact, thanks to coverage across all media. TV, local and national press, radio, and digital media followed us closely.

This achievement is the result of continuous storytelling, with posts, articles, stories, and interviews created exclusively by the MypersonalTrainer editorial, social, and video team. This result is clearly due to the very rich schedule of activities.

New events that enchanted the public
There was a great public response on the padel court, created in collaboration with Italian Padel Club and Italy Padel Tour Bombeer for the first time at MypersonalTrainer Days, which also hosted the ‘Sfida le Football Legends’ tournament. The event featured Bobo Vieri, Alessandro Matri, and Nicola Amoruso, who interacted with fans at an exclusive meet-and-greet.

Furthermore, the MYPT Cross The Park with Jairo Junior ended with a flash mob that saw thousands of participants create a beating heart. The AntiGravity® Fitness Area was also very popular, with its 12 suspended red hammocks and therapeutic yoga by Sayonara Motta, designed for profound wellbeing of the mind and body. Finally, other activities included Tamboo, a dynamic musical format combining the rhythm of percussion with physical activity, which won over the public for the first time in Milan with MypersonalTrainer.

Event partners
The area dedicated to partners, who continue to believe in the project and join us in support year after year, was also very successful. The experiential corners were crowded with participants who had the opportunity to test products representing our core business (wellness, fitness, and sports), as well as food and beverage, automotive, and beauty products. It is important to develop initiatives specifically designed for each partner based on their unique communication needs, while integrating both offline and online editorial formats. The result is an engaging and memorable experience for users and visitors in line with the Wellness (R)evolution concept.

Following the success of previous editions, MypersonalTrainer Days returns on 13 and 14 September. The initiative is organised by MypersonalTrainer, a Mondadori Group media brand and leader in health and wellness, a point of reference for 13 million unique users per month and 6.6 million followers on social networks. The event is sponsored by the Municipality of Milan and will cover the entire area around Arco della Pace in double the space — 10,000 square metres — of the last edition, with free workouts, medical consultations, and educational talks open to the public.

This year’s fourth edition comes with the claim Wellness (R)evolution, symbolising the evolution of wellness as represented by MypersonalTrainer.

An array of famous names will follow one after another, from swimming champion Massimiliano Rosolino to Italy’s greatest diver, Tania Cagnotto, from Paralympic athlete Diego Gastaldi to fitness gurus such as Jill Cooper and Jairo Junior, Nicolò Famiglietti and Silvia Fascians from Power Talent Agency and MYPT Crew, and many more.

For the first time, the 2025 edition will have lots of opportunities for padel, giving everyone the chance to train through a collaboration with Italian Padel. With the Italian Padel Club format in partnership with the Italy Padel Tour, the association is staging a spectacular mini tournament, ‘Sfida le Football Legends’, which, after various stops around Italy, will reach the Arco della Pace in Milan at MypersonalTrainer Days. Another activity to practise or watch is the AntiGravity® Fitness Area with Sayonara Motta. This innovative programme blends various disciplines such as dance, Pilates, acrobatics, calisthenics, and yoga, with benefits for spinal decompressionWith its suspended hammocks, AntiGravity® Fitness works against gravity, helping to tone, stretch and realign the body, improving posture, flexibility, balance and coordination and relaxing the nervous system. Ever-popular yoga sessions, engaging Silent Fitness experiences and workouts inspired by today’s hottest disciplines will take place on the fitness stage. These include Tamboo, a dynamic musical format combining the rhythm of percussion with physical activity for the first time in Milan; therapeutic yoga, designed for profound wellbeing of the body and mind; and Spinext, an innovative functional practice that improves mobility and posture.

The following talks and experiences are proving to be very popular: nutritionist and biologist Laura Crugnola, from Power Talent Agency and MYPT Crew, will talk about nutrition and trends, dermatologist Ines Mordente will talk about Longevity Skincare Revolution, Jill Cooper will talk to the audience about menopause, and Marilia Valenza will talk about the importance of caring for our skin with a young workout for the face.

Participants will be able to enjoy the green lung in the heart of Milan and on Saturday at 2 p.m., they can take part in MYPT Cross the Park, a unique initiative guided by Jairo Junior combining functional training, cardio fitness, and socialising in characteristic urban spaces. Francesco Giardina, the official speaker of MypersonalTrainer Days, will be joined by Chiara Tortorella, a Radio 101 speaker who will also take the stage as a LILT representative to mention the Pigiama Run initiative, which will be held in Milan on 26 September.

On Saturday at 5 p.m., Il grande libro di MypersonalTrainer (The Great Book of MypersonalTrainer) will be presented. Published by Sperling & Kupfer, it is available in bookshops and online stores starting on 9 September. With this volume, MypersonalTrainer offers readers a selection of tips, insights, and useful pointers for embarking on a conscious path to wellness. The book will be presented by Daniela Cerrato, CMO of Mondadori Media, with trainer Nicolò Famiglietti and Riccardo Borgacci, a nutritional specialist, dietician and sport scientist. Journalist Angelica Amodei will be moderating.

The day will end at 6:15 p.m. with a Zumba Party and apericena in collaboration with Parmigiano Reggiano.

For this edition, the technology will also be enhanced with a LED wall (550 cm x 300 cm) near the main stage, which will project cross shots taken from two drones flying over the area to create spectacular and immersive experiences.

MypersonalTrainer Days: a third edition with impressive numbers

Over 15,000 visitors, 300 hours of activity, 20 million social reach

The great success of MypersonalTrainer Days, the event sponsored by the City of Milan and dedicated to fitness, health, well-being and sport, organised by MypersonalTrainer, a Mondadori Group brand, was held once again this year, a point of reference for 13 million unique users per month and 6 million fans on social networks.

Mypersonaltrainer Days, now in its third edition with the new slogan More Than Wellness, embraced not only health, fitness and wellness, but also beauty and fitfood last weekend (14 and 15 September).
In the beautiful setting of the Arco della Pace and Parco Sempione, in just two days Mypersonaltrainer Days recorded the extraordinary participation of over 15,000 visitors, more than 50 guests and 26 brand partners, with a reach of more than 20 million on the brand’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube pages.
500 free events in a 2,000 square metre area in the heart of Milan, 300 hours of activities with the best workouts, master classes, and trendy wellness and beauty practices, talks with leading figures from the world of sport and wellness, and medical consultations in collaboration with the Centro Diagnostico Italiano.
There was large participation in the MYPT Walk, the sports walk in cooperation with Lycia, in which 2,000 people took part.

All these numbers are also the result of continuous storytelling with stories, posts, and interviews made exclusively by MypersonalTrainer’s editorial team and videos on social media and online. This winning formula contributed to a significant result: a media impact of more than 50 million gross contacts thanks to the event’s storytelling on all brand touchpoints, an advertising campaign planned on social media, online, print, radio, and DOOH, as well as very impactful spontaneous media coverage.

Many guests were present: from multi-award-winning champion Filippo Magnini to Italian flag-bearer at the Paris Olympics Arianna Errigo, Olympic racewalker Eleonora Giorgi, fitness gurus Jill Cooper, Jairo Junior, Federica Constantini, Roberta Vanzella, Nicolò Famiglietti and Silvia Fascians from the roster of Power Talent Agency, and many more. There were interesting events with dietician Paola Stavolone, nutritionist biologist Valeria Severi, and a colour palette counselling session with @Ferschetty (Ferdinando Schetty).

Also from the Power Talent Agency roster, Angelica Amodei, Beauty Trainer at MypersonalBeauty, led and moderated the talks with the experts, while special guest Benedetta De Luca, gender & inclusion editor at The Wom, explained to the audience how it is possible to train yourself to be happy.

Multisport Arena, sponsored by Givova, was a great success, offering families, groups of friends and children the opportunity to try out innovative sports such as Korfball and Floorball, as well as Mini Volleyball, Mini Tennis, 3×3 Basketball and 3vs3 Football. Sunday also featured the spectacular Floorball match involving Spartak Milano.

Visitors stormed the Free Climbing wall, which this year – in cooperation with Dicloreum – was enhanced with special effects and gave every single participant an impressive souvenir photo taken from above.
There was also space for relaxation with Dorelan, which through an immersive experience and a dedicated talk raised the audience’s awareness of the importance of sleep quality for physical and mental health.

New events that attracted a huge number of participants included: the Beauty & Wellness lounge, organised in partnership with Biopoint, Deborah, Dermolab, Lycia and Tesori d’Oriente, and four areas available to the public with a guided experiential journey focusing on make-up, hair and skin care,  and wellness experiences such as aromatherapy and music therapy, allowing visitors to test products on their own skin.

On 14 and 15 September, the MypersonalTrainer Days return, an initiative sponsored by the City of Milan, which will be held at the Arco della Pace, a green space that the people of Milan have always used for sport and moments of relaxation and wellness.

The event – organised by MypersonalTrainer, Mondadori Group brand and leader in health and wellness, a standard for 13 million unique users per month and 6 million fans on social networks – offers a rich program of activities designed for everyone who loves a healthy and active lifestyle.
More than 500 free events are scheduled, which sold out in just a few days, from the best workouts and trendy wellness practices to talks with special personalities from the world of sport and wellness and a series of useful medical consultations.

Opening the event will be swimming champion Filippo Magnini, one of the greatest swimmers of all time in his specialism, who will give the audience tips on how to live a lifestyle and share how the sporting approach can influence his career and everyday life.

Shortly afterwards, it will be the turn of Arianna Errigo, Olympic flag-bearer and fencing champion, who has just returned from the French capital, and who will open the debate on a new way of understanding sport. A series of trendy activities will follow, including Strong Nation, Groupboxing Sparring, Dynamic Hiit Workout. And more holistic activities such as BodyFly, Bliss Vinyasa, Face & Hair Yoga as well as Durga creative energy.

Many interesting talks on the latest, trendiest topics. These two events are very popular: Email Apnoea and Sleep Wellness with Alessio Carciofi, university professor and marketing & digital wellness expert, in collaboration with Dorelan, and New Longevity: lLfestyle and Precision Medicine with Dr Alberto Beretta, researcher, immunologist and Scientific Director of SoLongevity, to discover how to live long in the best possible way.
On the topic of fitfood and nutrition, there will be interesting talks by experts Valeria Severi and Paola Stavolone as well as time for the audience in attendance with a healthy menu endorsed by MypersonalTrainer, in collaboration with Rio Mare and Dazi Milano.

New features for the third edition will include a large space dedicated to beauty, a constantly growing sector to which the MypersonalBeauty area has been dedicated since this year on the website and social networks(MypersonalBeauty was created as a brand extension of MypersonalTrainer and rounds out its offer in the personal care and beauty sector, understood not only as an external goal to be achieved, but as an integral part of physical and mental wellness). Free medical consultations with CDI specialists can’t be missed: dietetics, physiotherapy, orthopaedics, senology, physiatrics, sleep medicine, internal medicine.

Among the scheduled events is the MYPT Urban Walk, organised in collaboration with Lycia. Free and even more exciting and inclusive, the 5 km non-competitive walk will be preceded by a preparation session, led by marathon runner, Eleonora Giorgi. For the first time there will also be experts in fitwalking and nordic walking.

Mypersonaltrainer Days will also host Pompieropoli, the activity designed by the Fire Brigade for children aged 3 and up, which is both exciting and educational.

Building on the incredible participation in the first two editions, MypersonalTrainer Days, the event promoted by the City of Milan that turns the city into an ‘open-air gym’, is back again this year. This third edition, called More than Wellness, will be even more exciting and inclusive. The schedule contains hundreds of free activities open to the public for everyone interested in a healthy and active lifestyle, from fitness to sport, but also fitfood and beauty.

The MypersonalTrainer Days event held in September 2023 saw the participation of 10,000 people, 20 partners and 50 guests in more than 500 activitiesThis year, the aim is to further expand and diversify attendance through two days of fun for all fitness lovers, families and four-legged friends. The event will be held on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September 2024 at the Arco della Pace and across Piazza Sempione, a green area that the people from Milan have always dedicated to sport and moments of relaxation and well-being.

Top Novelties for the 2024 Edition

New this year is the Multisport Arena, a versatile and multifunctional area to test yourself in various sports, from more traditional ones such as tennis and volleyball to trendy activities, including korfball and floorball, as well as a minigames hub designed for all ages. The 2024 event will also feature surprise activities by MypersonalBeauty related to beauty, and the creation of a phytofood menu in partnership with Dazi Milano.

The first edition of the Mypersonaltrainer Days, the event in the name of wellness and sports organised by Mypersonaltrainer and which saw the participation of more than 5.000 visitors in just two days, was a huge success.

A weekend with more than 300 free appointments – ranging from training to presentations and medical consultations – that transformed Milan into the capital of wellness on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd of October.

A territorial event that allowed the brand of the Mondadori Group, a leader in the world of health and wellness, to strengthen and expand its offer, thanks to which it reaches 13.5 million individual online users each month (source: Audiweb, July 2022) and almost 3 million social network fans.

The Mypersonaltrainer Days were Mypersonaltrainer ‘s first opportunity to really meet its community and the many fans of a healthy and active lifestyle who took part in the initiative.

Sports and wellness lovers were able to meet the brand’s multidisciplinary staff and fitinfluencers and to listen to more than 100 exceptional speakers who animated the weekend’s shows under the guidance of Edoardo Stoppa. Among the guests, the sports champions Filippo Tortu, Linda Cerruti, Matteo Giupponi, but also many personalities from the world of entertainment, such as Federica Panicucci and Michela Coppa.

For two days, Milan will turn into an outdoor gym full of activities absolutely free of charge: trendy workouts and training, stories of with great athletes and fitfluencers, medical consultations with specialists.

Among the special guests and renowned sports champions: Filippo Tortu, Federica Panicucci, Linda Cerruti, Arianna Talamona, Jill Cooper and many others.

The first edition of Mypersonaltrainer Days, two full free days of activities for everyone dedicated to fitness, nutrition and health, kicks off on Saturday, October 1, in Milan.

 A weekend conceived to regenerate the balance and well-being of one’s mind and body in the midst of the vegetation and nature of the Sempione Park. Additionally, the Customs Building of Levante will be entirely dedicated to the event to ensure a complete, immersive and fun experience bound to be extended to the adjacent outdoor areas.

On the agenda, a succession of 100 free appointments for all tastes, from the best workouts and trendy wellness practices, to stories with exclusive figures of the world of sports and wellness, not to mention a series of very useful and free medical consultations.

The entire weekend has been organised by the editorial staff and fitfluencer team of Mypersonaltrainer, a key reference for all lovers of a healthy and active lifestyle with an audience of over 11 million individual online users and 2,7 million fans on the social channels.

The event, under the patronage of the City of Milan, will also include the first MYPT Urban Walk, a fast walk over a 5 kilometres distance suitable for everyone and scheduled for Saturday, October 1, at 11:30, at the Arco della Pace. The same will be led by the Olympic athlete Matteo Giupponi, a race walking podium winner at the 2022 European Championships, and will comprise three moments of targeted training and tips developed by Mypersonaltrainer’s trainers.

AN EXCEPTIONAL SETTING

Saturday the 1st and Sunday the 2nd of October, the setting of theMypersonaltrainer Days (Customs Building of Levante, ground floor) will be animated with encounters with great personalities and exceptional athletes under the guidance of Edoardo Stoppa, an anchor fond of sports, environment and sustainability, to speak about the importance of sports and physical exercise in view of a balanced and healthy life.

The first appointment is Saturday, at 11.30 with the very fast Olympic medal winner, Filippo Tortu, who will share his life story and successes with the audience of the Mypersonaltrainer Days: from his victory at the 2021 Olympic Games of Tokyo, with the 4×100 relay race, to the exceptional time achieved at the 2022 World Championships of Oregon, where he earned the title of second fastest Italian ever on the 200 metres race, just behind the European record holder, Pietro Mennea, and up to the bronze on the 200 metres race at the European Championships of Munich this summer.

At 12.00, Federica Panicucci, a renowned and beloved face of Italian television, will be the protagonist of a chat on daily well-being, during which she’ll be providing tips on how to live well and to start loving oneself.

At 12.30, the American personal trainer, Jill Cooper, the queen of fitness, will take the stage to explain how to stay fit at any age and to provide small tips on how to live better. At 14.30 of the same day, Jill Cooper will lead a Freedom session, an outdoor silent fitness activity or tribute to exercise.

The soccer coach, Gaia Missaglia, will address the women’s soccer revolution at 16.30. Since 2009, she’s been working as a Soccer and Motility Instructor at the Milan Junior Campand is the co-author of the book written together with Francesca Maria Gargiulo “Voglio fare la calciatrice”.

At 17.00, appointment with the freediver, Anna Sedone, creator of the “Fullbreathing” method, an integrated system of breathing techniques aimed at making the most of our breath. Sunday’s event will start at 10.00 with Sabina Fasoli, a psychologist and sexologist who shares clear and comprehensible content on sexual education over the social channels to spread sexuality in the most gratifying, safe and conscientious way.

At 10.30, the soccer coach, Joanna Borella, known as Mister Jo, will speak about soccer as a resource of life and well-being. Then, an interview with the gynaecologist, Ambra Garretto, who will provide intimate answers to girls of all ages by addressing sexual topics and questions without taboos.

At 12.00, Iader Fabbri, a nutritionist biologist and scientific writer author of “L’indice di Equilibrio”, will take the stage. He’ll speak of nutrition and of a key concept of his book: “How, what and when to eat is more important that how much to eat.”

At 14.00, appointment with Sara Compagni, the body coach and founder of the Instagram profile, Postura da Paura, who will go in-depth on the importance of a proper posture for the well-being of our entire body and beyond.

At 15.00, Arianna Talamona, the paralympic swimming champion, will take the stage. The discussion will cover the story of this great athlete and of her incredible career.

At 17.00, a meeting with Michela Coppa, the TV host and current yoga teacher, who will explain how to eat healthy and without depriving oneself.

To conclude the event, at 18.00, the synchronised swimming champion, Linda Cerruti, will speak of the values of sports and of her commitment to overcome prejudices, especially against women.
