To educate recent graduates and current students on our company and placement and development practices, we organise a schedule of events in partnership with universities, Master’s programmes and postgraduate institutes. Other opportunities to meet with us include career days and job meetings.
These initiatives allow us to meet talented young individuals, and they them to gain more in-depth knowledge on the company, thus representing an opportunity for both parties to get to know one another.
The head of our Group’s Human Resources and Organisation Department uses such occasions as important recruiting and selection channels.
