Carlo Mandelli

Carlo Mandelli has been Managing Director of Mondadori Media S.p.A. since June 2023. From the same date, he has also served as the Group Director of Strategic Development. In addition, he became Chairman of Mondadori Digital S.p.A. in January 2026.

In November 2019, he was appointed Chairman of the International Federation of Periodical Publishers (FIPP) – Connecting Global Media. Since June 2020, he has served as a board member responsible for copyright and competition issues at the Italian Publishers’ Association (FIEG). From May 2016 to December 2018, he was Chairman of ADS (Accertamenti Diffusione Stampa). 

Born in Milan in 1964, Carlo Mandelli he graduated in business administration at Bocconi University of Milan. He began his professional career within the Mondadori Group in 1990, where he gained extensive experience in the periodicals and digital media sectors.

He also serves as Chairman of Direct Channel S.p.A.
