Marina Rubini

Marina Rubini, born in Verona in 1969, graduated with a degree in Law from Università Cattolica in Milan and then obtained a Masters in Law with honours from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago.

As a lawyer, she gained professional experience working with leading law firms in Italy and abroad, including BonelliErede in Brussels and Gianni & Origoni in Rome.

Following this, she joined the company in roles of increasing responsibility: Corporate Area Manager of Tamoil Italia; Compliance, Antitrust and Commercial Contracts Manager at Bayer; Head of Legal & Compliance Italy and Southern Europe Cluster of Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics; Legal Director Central Europe and Italy of Coca-Cola Italia; and, most recently, Regional General Counsel EMEA – Robotics and Discrete Automation at ABB.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors and a member of Supervisory Boards at leading listed companies.

Marina Rubini has been a member of the Board of Directors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since April 2024.

She is also an independent Director of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A., where she serves as a member of the Internal Control and Risk Committee and the Supervisory Board pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and the Appointments Committee.
