Mondadori Store, the largest network of bookstores in Italy, strengthens its presence in Lombardy with the inauguration of a new sales outlet directly managed in Bergamo. The opening of the bookstore forms part of the new smart district ChorusLife, an urban regeneration project that brings together living, shopping, services, sport, entertainment, culture and leisure in a single urban ecosystem.

The new Mondadori Bookstore, which will be inaugurated to the public on Wednesday 5 August at 11:30 am, aims to serve as a cultural landmark for the local area, offering the community a space dedicated to books and reading.

With a sales area of 210 square metres, the bookstore offers a broad range of products focused on the world of books and entertainment, with a catalogue of over 11,000 titles, from great classics to bestsellers, including fiction, general non-fiction, local and international works.

The Mondadori Bookstore in Bergamo welcomes all the latest releases and the main thematic areas designed to satisfy everyone’s tastes: We are Junior, the space for younger readers, which includes educational games and illustrated books to spark their imagination with the most curious stories; Just Comics, the department dedicated to the manga and comic book phenomenon; My New Romance, the new space dedicated to fans of the romance universe, one of the most loved literary genres at the moment; as well as a wide selection of stationery products, toys, gadgets and gift cards.

The bookstore is at the service of readers also online: it will in fact be possible to stay updated through the Instagram and Facebook pages. Furthermore, customers can get in touch with the bookstore through the digital services on Mondadoristore.it to check a book’s availability, order it, pick it up in-store or have it delivered to their home. Among the available services is Zeercle, the platform that enables people to sell their volumes as well as CDs, vinyls, physical video games, DVDs and Blu-rays, receiving in exchange a gift card corresponding to the value attributed to the products, to be used in bookstores and on the mondadoristore.it website.

Mondadori Store represents the largest network of bookstores in Italy, with over 500 sales outlets spread from major cities to smaller centers.
