Once again this year, in celebration of International Women’s Day, we are continuing our series of well-being initiatives designed to promote the well-being of #NoiDellaMondadori, offering the opportunity to undergo a free Pap test at the office – a vital tool for prevention and screening for women of all ages.
This important opportunity complements the numerous prevention campaigns for the diagnosis of female and male cancers, which in 2025 led us to organize 450 specialized screenings at the Palazzo.
These prevention days, together with our psychological support service and agreements with local healthcare facilities, allow our employees to discuss with doctors and experts the importance of taking care of themselves and their health.
