We had the pleasure of welcoming the students of Fondazione Arnoldo e Alberto Mondadori’s Master in Publishing program for a morning of discussion and dialogue.
As part of “Crossroads,” a course conceived as a space for orientation and reflection on the professional future, a valuable opportunity was created to get to know our Group closely through the voices of the people who are part of it.
A real crossroads of experiences and visions between those who are about to enter the world of work and those who are already protagonists of it.
Francesca Rigolio, Head of Human Resources area Books & Chief Sustainability Officer of the Mondadori Group, gave the welcome address, introducing the key themes of the meeting with a look at the value of culture, sustainability and people. This was followed by speakers Marco Corsi, Editor Paperback and Classics at Mondadori, Luisa Rinaldi, Editor Humanities Area Secondary School First Grade of Mondadori Education, Valeria Sampaoli, Communication Specialist of BU Ragazzi. Concluding the session was the testimony of Francesco Anzelmo, General Manager of the Mondadori publishing house, who recalled how fundamental it is to create bridges between generations, in the name of listening, confrontation and shared passion.

The morning concluded with a visit to Palazzo Mondadori led by Chiara Capuzzi, head of Purchasing, Services and Real Estate for our Group, who took participants on a journey to discover the special features of the iconic building designed by Oscar Niemeyer.
